If you need help with how to achieve a balance in your life and to stay focused on one's goals this is your book. This book has everything including a chapter on gossip, and I believe you will find some of the ideas in this book unique.
I found that the many practical suggestions are some I look forward to implementing. Examples--"Take classes to learn new things", "Try new foods and visit new places", "Don't keep the same haircut for more than 4 years" which sounds like it would apply to most seniors as well.
I found the test of the quality of one's friendships was interesting something to think about for sure, you will find hidden gems hidden throughout the book that any woman should be able to find a real truth to improve her life.
Although I am certain that the opinions expressed will not thrill every reader, every reader will find them interesting.
I agree that we all need to manage our time without feeling guilty and I think you will find the book to be well written. I also think we each will find something in this book that we can apply to our current circumstances. The suggestion to use it as a reference guide for managing time for whatever is thrown at us is a really good one.
I think you will enjoy the book and that you will not be disappointed.
