(More customer reviews)I really enjoyed this book because, even though it is fiction, the life and the way things were done in that time are factual. It is describing a true way of life, and the way a certain group of people lived during that time, and how they related to each other.
The book is very factual to that way of life, and time. The book has all the emotions, of excitement, humor, romance, passion and moments of breathtaking suspense. There were times I could not put the book down. The scenic descriptions were so detailed, it was easy to see the picture in your mind.
As a senior adult, I really enjoyed this book. I recommend this book for all ages above 13.
